What time can you check in and check out?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. If you need to adapt these times, please contact us and we will try to facilitate this according to availability.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

We have 5 categories of accommodation:

  • Standard double rooms (1st floor): with double bed or single beds
  • Triple rooms (1st floor): with single beds
  • Standard apartments (2nd floor): with 1 and 2 bedrooms with double or single beds. Kitchen equipped with utensils.
  • Superior apartments (3rd floor): renovated in a modern style with 1 and 2 bedrooms with double or single beds. Kitchen equipped with utensils.
  • Superior rooms – Attic: double beds and air conditioning
What is the capacity of your accommodations?
  • Double rooms: up to 2-3 people
  • 1-bedroom apartments: up to 4 people
  • 2-bedroom apartments: up to 6 people
Are you close to activities such as skiing or adventure sports?

Yes! We are located in Sort, very close to the Noguera Pallaresa river and the ski resorts of Port Ainé and Espot. It is the ideal place for rafting, hiking, skiing and much more

No, during the year we only have breakfast service, which has a price of €10 per person/day.

Yes, breakfasts have a section for celiacs.

What sizes are the beds?
  • Single beds: 190cm x 90 cm
  • Double beds: 190cm x 150cm
  • Apartment beds: 180cm x 80 cm
Do the rooms have hairdryers?

  • Yes, all rooms have a hairdryer in each bathroom

     

  • The apartments do not have one, but you can request one at the hotel reception

Do you have cribs for the little ones?

Yes, we have cots. Free of charge, always subject to availability.

Are pets welcome?

Pets are welcome in our establishment, the supplement price is €8 / day / pet. Please note that the pet cannot be left alone in the room / apartment and must be on a leash in the common areas. We offer babysitting service so that you can carry out your adventure activities. The price is €8 / hour.

What is the cancellation/modification policy?

Any cancellation/modification within 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged for the first night.

How much is the tourist tax?

Tourist taxes are a mandatory amount that must be paid at the time of check-in. They cost €0.66 per person/night for guests over 14 years old.
