By using this website you are bound by these conditions and we recommend that you read them carefully. If you do not agree with them you must leave the website.
1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These contract conditions are applicable for all Online Reservations of APARTAMENTS PEY, S.A. (henceforth PEY APARTMENTS), which have been made through the website https://www.peyresort.com/ (henceforth “website”).
When making the reservation, you guarantee us that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative reservations as well as those that have been requested by any customer with whom there may be any difference/controversy in previous reservations, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the customer is violating some criminal activity.
We can update these general terms or conditions of employment as well as the legal notice and privacy policy at any time. You will be able to consult and print the updated version of both texts by clicking on the links “Terms or general contracting conditions” and “Legal Notice-Privacy Policy”.
Obligations of the user
As a user, you are obliged to communicate to APARTAMENTS PEY all the data necessary to access and use the services of this website. These must be truthful and up-to-date and I agree that we may use them to contact you if necessary.
It is essential that you provide all the information that we catalog as mandatory, since, if you do not do so, your request will not be processed. We will not be responsible in any case for possible failures as a result of the error or omission of data.
The user must make appropriate use of the services included in the website, always in accordance with the legal system and will not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with their operation.
Security measures
We will put in place all reasonable mechanisms within our power to ensure that your personal data is kept secure at all times. However, you agree that no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure against access by unauthorized recipients and we shall not be liable for any failure of security unless due to our negligence .
Likewise, you must adopt the necessary security measures, both personal and material, to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and notify us immediately of the loss, misplacement, embezzlement, theft or illegitimate access of your username and password, as well as your knowledge by third parties.

Reservation procedure
You will be able to select the date of entry/exit and number of guests. Once the options have been filtered, clicking on them will give you access to all the detailed information that the website offers. From here you can proceed to the reservation.
You will be asked to enter all your details (name and surname, email, address, etc.).
To complete the reservation, we request your card details, in order to be able to make the payment. Therefore, the payment will be effective at the end of the reservation process.
Before finalizing the reservation, you will be able to see the summary of the reservation.
Availability
All bookings are subject to availability. If you have any doubts, it is recommended to contact the customer service.
Contract with APARTAMENTOS PEY and acceptance of reservations.
At the end of the reservation, the user will receive a confirmation email in which the confirmation of their reservation order will be included. The reservation confirmation email serves as proof of your reservation.
The prices indicated are Public Sale Prices I.V. A. included.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, unless the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
Check-in and check-out time;
Rooms
– Entry time: From 3:00 p.m.
– Departure time: Until 12:00h.
Apartments
– Entry time: From 4:00 p.m
– Departure time: Until 12:00h.
Catalonia Tourist Tax will have an additional cost of €0.66+VAT per person/night (maximum 7 nights payable), for over 16s. This fee will be collected directly at the hotel (check-in).
PETS
Pets are allowed in the hotel with a supplement of €8/day/pet. Keep in mind that the pet cannot be left alone in the room/apartment and must be on a leash in the common areas.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children of any age can be accommodated.
Free for babies aged 0-1 on request.
The maximum number of cots and extra beds depends on the room you choose. Check the maximum capacity of the room you have selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Checks are not accepted. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival.
Cards accepted at APARTAMENTOS PEY: Mastercard, Visa and Xarxa 6000.
The hotel can cancel your reservation if your card is denied in the pre-authorization, if the customer does not respond to the email requesting a new credit card within the next 24 hours.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before 12 noon of the arrival date without costs.
If you cancel or modify outside the deadline or if you don’t show up: the hotel will not refund the amount of the nights left outside this deadline (72 hours)
Passports and visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must bring their personal and family documentation in order, be it passport or ID card, according to current legislation. It will be at their expense when such trips require the obtaining of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Those under the age of 18 must bring a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that the same may be requested by any authority.
In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any Authority, for particular reasons of the user, or his entry into the country is denied for lack of the required requirements, or for a defect in the required documentation, or for not being bearer of this, APARTAMENTOS PEY disclaims all responsibility for events of this nature, being for the account of the consumer any expenses that arise.
Those under the age of 18 must stay at the Hotel accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorized by them. Hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as their parents/guardians or authorized persons.
3. PARTIAL NULLITY
If any part of these terms of service is contrary to Law and therefore invalid, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with Law. The parties agree to renegotiate those points of the terms of service that are invalid and to incorporate them into the rest of the terms of service.
4. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
APARTAMENTS PEY reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services presented through it as well as the way in which these appear to be presented or located on its servers.
These changes will have to be accepted by the user every time he makes a purchase through the web.
Customers who do not agree with the modifications of the general conditions must notify it and, from the date on which the new version enters into force, must stop using the web services.
In the event that some of the terms of the general conditions of sale are declared integral or non-opposable by a judicial decision, other provisions will remain in force.
5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This site is located in and is operated by Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Lleida (Spain), without the principles of conflict of laws being applicable.
In those cases in which the customer does not have the status of consumer or user, or is domiciled outside Spain, he will also submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them .
If the user decides to use or consult this site outside of Spain, he must bear in mind that he is doing so on his own initiative, and that he is responsible for compliance with the relevant laws.
The current contract will come into force and take full effect from the moment the customer or user accepts it.
The current contract, and therefore the general conditions it incorporates, precisely with the annexes (if any), in addition to being read on this website, can be stored, archived and reproduced by electronic means or regular IT people.
6. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
The User can send APARTAMENTOS PEY their complaints, claims or any other comment they wish to make through the contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information). In addition, APARTAMENTOS PEY has official complaint sheets available to consumers and users, which they can request from APARTAMENTOS PEY at any time, using the contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information ). Likewise, if a dispute arises from the conclusion of this purchase contract between APARTAMENTOS PEY and the User, the User as a consumer can request an extrajudicial dispute resolution, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, on the resolution of online disputes in consumer matters.
